If you're considering a plan change, we're happy to schedule a quick call to help you select the option that best aligns with your current goals.
We understand that businesses have natural ebbs and flows. You can pause your Demandcast subscription for up to 3 months at a time while retaining all your account settings and previous content. Simply notify us at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle, and we'll handle the rest. When you're ready to resume, just let us know and we'll pick up right where we left off. There's no penalty or restart fee—we'll be ready when you are.
All our plans operate on a simple month-to-month basis, giving you complete flexibility. You can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. We believe our service should earn your business each month through results and satisfaction, not through contractual obligations.
