Can I change plans as needed?

Yes! We understand your content needs may evolve. You can upgrade, downgrade, or modify your plan at any time with ease. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and our team will ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your content production. If you're considering a plan change, we're happy to schedule a quick call to help you select the option that best aligns with your current goals.

What happens if I need to pause my subscription?

We understand that businesses have natural ebbs and flows. You can pause your Demandcast subscription for up to 3 months at a time while retaining all your account settings and previous content. Simply notify us at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle, and we'll handle the rest. When you're ready to resume, just let us know and we'll pick up right where we left off. There's no penalty or restart fee—we'll be ready when you are.

Is there a long-term contract?

All our plans operate on a simple month-to-month basis, giving you complete flexibility. You can adjust or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. We believe our service should earn your business each month through results and satisfaction, not through contractual obligations. Many of our clients choose to stay with us long-term because they value the consistent content and the relationships we help them build with their audience—but that's always your choice, not a requirement.

What if I need more content in a particular month?

We've got you covered! If you need additional content for a special campaign, product launch, or busy season, you can add a one-time content package to your existing subscription. For clients with recurring additional needs, we also offer custom plans that can be tailored specifically to your content volume—just reach out to our team to discuss your requirements.

How do I know if the moderator service is a good fit for me?

Consider adding a moderator if you want someone to guide the conversation, ask questions, and keep you focused on your audience's needs. Moderators are particularly helpful for multi-person conversations, complex topics, or if you prefer to concentrate solely on sharing your expertise rather than directing the discussion. During onboarding, we'll help determine if a moderator would enhance your content experience.

What is your interview service add-on?

Our interview service add-on provides a structured one-hour session where our team asks a member of your team targeted questions about their expertise. We professionally record this conversation, and then transform it into multiple pieces of social media content. This is perfect for those who want to produce regular content without committing to hosting a podcast. It offers all the benefits of sharing your knowledge with minimal preparation time—ideal for establishing expertise through content without the ongoing podcast responsibility.
